  • Device Information: Technical data including IP address, operating system, and browser configurations used when accessing our digital platform.

Your data is utilized strictly to provide, improve, and secure the mutual aid activities within your locality:

  • Automation of Reminders: Synchronizing payment alerts with the full moon (Purnima) cycle.
  • Bereavement Support: Prompting community-wide support collections to assist families facing a loss.
  • Facility Booking Management: Reserving and managing the calendar availability for Club Hall bookings.
  • Real-Time Transparency: Providing members with access to society financial transaction records and ledger balances to maintain complete community trust.

We prioritize the security of your financial data. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways:

  • Payment Gateway: We do not store your credit card or banking credentials. Settle dues securely using UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking via our integrated PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
  • Data Storage: Database management and storage are facilitated securely via Firestore services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third-party marketing companies.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal details from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. We retain your transaction history and account details for as long as your membership in your local society is active, or as required by law for auditing and financial compliance.
